*
Commercial Management: Monitor expenditure, negotiate supplier and subcontractor pricing, manage variations, and protect gross margins against tender allowances.
*
Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations, client standards, and internal procedures, including the review of RAMS, permits, and specialist risk controls.
*
Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical lead for mechanical matters, attending client meetings, managing technical expectations, and cultivating long-term client relationships.

In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC plant, equipment selection, design coordination, and system controls.
*
Proven track record of managing full project life cycles from pre-construction through to commissioning, handover, and final account.
*
Strong commercial acumen with experience evaluating subcontractor returns, managing variations, and handling procurement packages.
*
Sound awareness of CDM, RAMS, health and safety regulations, and working within live, critical operational environments.
*
Relevant qualifications such as an HNC, HND, or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering, alongside industry certifications like SMSTS, CSCS, or IOSH (Desirable).
