HVAC Site Manager

Job Title: Ductwork Site Manager / Supervisor – London (Immediate Start)

Location: London – initial projects based in South Kensington and Greenwich

Contract: Ongoing – approx. 12 months initially with strong potential to move onto further London projects

Are you an experienced Site Manager or Supervisor with a background in ductwork installation? We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee ductwork and HVAC/AC works on exciting new London projects, starting imminently.

This is a great opportunity to join a project offering long-term continuity, with the initial 12-month assignment likely to lead into further London-based work once established.

What you'll be doing:

* Supervising ductwork and AC operatives on site day to day

* Providing direction to lagging operatives as required

* Overseeing installation progress and quality on site

* Coordinating with the wider project team to keep works on programme

* Handling basic digital/admin tasks as part of day-to-day site management

What we're looking for:

* Solid experience in ductwork installation

* HVAC/AC project experience is a strong advantage

* Previous Site Manager / Supervisor experience

* Comfortable using a computer for basic site admin

* A confident, organised leader who can manage a site team effectively

* Relevant site safety cards (CSCS or equivalent)
