An excellent opportunity for a Mechanical/HVAC Engineer to join a brand-new site in London, offering a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum and a great Monday-to-Friday working pattern.
The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a modern site, ensuring all building services and HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
Maintaining HVAC, ventilation, heating and associated mechanical systems.
Diagnosing faults and completing necessary repairs.
Ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Completing maintenance records and adhering to health and safety procedures.Requirements
Previous experience in mechanical or HVAC maintenance.
Good knowledge of building services and mechanical systems.
Experience with PPM, reactive maintenance and fault-finding.
Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent experience.What’s on Offer?
