Role Description This is a full-time remote role as an Admin & Digital Marketing Assistant at Optimus Coach Academy. You'll be responsible for supporting the Marketing Director and the Operations Manager as well as the students. You will be involved in daily operational tasks and admin support. You will also work closely with the Marketing Director to assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and events.
This role will be varied with daily, weekly and monthly tasks: you'll be managed by our Operations Manager and will work closely with other members of the team.
Salary and compensation £26,000 - 30,000 depending on experience Flexible working is supported Generous holiday Fully remote role
Administrative Assistant Role & Responsibilities Administrative Assistant Role & Responsibilities Scheduling training sessions in Google Calendar Ensuring invites are accepted and following up with unaccepted invitees Ensuring correct ratios for training and mentoring Updating the learning portal daily with recordings Ongoing Communication with students via email and social media Weekly Scheduling and sending of student emails Supporting Operations manager General administration duties Updating scheduling tools Managing Zoom rooms and Zoom storage capacity Scheduling social media on 3 platforms, managing student social media groups and responding to messages Data entry
Administrative Skills & Expertise Essential At least 3 years of experience working in an administration / support role Experience of G-suite including email and scheduling Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of organisational skills and time management skills Ability to plan ahead, problem solve and prioritise tasks Excellent attention to detail and accuracy High level of confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and reliability. Professional client handling and relationship building with all clients, senior management and cover groups Strong interpersonal skills and a professional executive communication style Independently follows up on tasks and stays ahead of arrangements and requirements, displays good use of initiative and follow through to completion. Comfortable with data and spreadsheets
Marketing Assistant Role & Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule weekly social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Explore new ways to increase reach/ engagement /followers across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Support with content curation - including weekly blog, social media campaigns, email newsletter Support with the management of the main website and the updating of website content and social media profiles Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns Monitor and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns Analyse and track key social media metrics Prepare marketing emails and materials to be distributed to new potential leads Respond to social media comments Personal reach out through 1-2-1 emails for specific prospects in the database Proofreading and editing content where necessary Conduct monthly competitor and marketplace analysis
Marketing Assistant Skills & Expertise
Essential: At least 2-3 years of experience working in a marketing assistant /marketing executive role Sound knowledge of how different social media platforms work with
experience using social media management tools and analytic software for scheduling, monitoring conversations and measuring campaign success. Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience managing social media campaigns. Capacity to work independently and deliver results autonomously. Can think on your feet & develop innovative, cross-platform ideas that will get noticed and grow acquisitions. Confidence to propose new and different solutions to existing practices.
Desirable: Familiarity with Zoom, AddEvent, Hubspot, and Kajabi Knowledge of the training/coaching industry Design skills on Canva Zapier Automation
