The team works with a range of the top 10 housebuilders in the UK, giving you a strong basis for personal success and growth within the team. The role involves a mixture of classic residential matters as well as a strong caseload of new builds, giving you variation in your workload.

It’s a friendly and open team led by a partner who has specialised in residential property for over 20 years. They have taken many people in this team, right through to senior and director. Giving you the opportunity to work with and learn from the best.

The role would suit a proactive solicitor, CILEX or CLC, who is hungry and looking to progress on a team with a strong and stable caseload.
