Package: £35,000 - £45,000 + Car + Bonus

With a network of branches our client supplies an extensive range of hard and soft woods, plus joinery, decking and flooring supplies.

Their Rainham branch, in Essex, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Negotiator, with knowledge of timber products to join their busy sales office in a hybrid capacity - part internal and part external visiting clients.

• Previous experience within an Internal or External Sales role within the construction supply / building materials sector e.g. builders merchants or distributor

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication, follow-up calls, and personalised service
• Provide advice and guidance to customers, helping them select the right products for their needs
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collect and act on customer feedback to improve service quality
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
• Develop and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on both account growth and retention
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to maximize revenue from existing accounts
• Achieve set sales targets and quotas, contributing directly to the company's revenue goals

Key Skills:

Package:

• Starting basic of £35,000 - £45,000 dependent upon experience
