Hygiene Manager – Park Royal | Leading Food Production Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established food production company in Park Royal, seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to lead hygiene operations and drive continuous improvement across the site.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Strategic Leadership – Define and execute the hygiene strategy as part of the wider technical vision.
Financial Oversight – Take ownership of budgets, track spending, and build strong relationships with suppliers to deliver cost savings.
Team Development – Lead, mentor, and support hygiene personnel, ensuring high-risk cleaning activities are managed effectively 24/7.
Compliance & Accreditation – Oversee hygiene sections of the QMS, ensure HACCP compliance, and drive successful BRC accreditation.
System Management – Own the Hygiene Management System for the entire site, working cross-functionally with department heads.
Audits & Validation – Implement robust cleaning validation processes, manage internal audits, and ensure all hygiene activities are fully effective.
Supplier & Contractor Management – Oversee pest control, laundry services, and chemical suppliers, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Hygiene Manager in FMCG
A track record of delivering high hygiene standards across a manufacturing site
Strong expertise in audit procedures and compliance management
Experience in developing and implementing hygiene strategies that enhance business operations
People leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
A collaborative approach, working with health, safety, and environmental teams to drive best practices
