Hygiene Manager (Nightshift)

My client are currently looking to recruit a Nightshift Production Manager to join their site in North Lanarkshire.

You will be working with an extremely successful and well established Scottish FMCG company, that are going through a continued period of development and investment. If you are looking for a company where you can develop your managerial skills, then this could be the role for you!

As Hygiene Manager, you'll be a key player in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment during the nightshift.

Shift pattern:
4 on 4 off / nightshift / 6pm - 6am

Key responsibilities:

Leading and supporting the night hygiene team
Conducting regular hygiene audits and inspections to maintain high standards
Collaborating with production and quality teams to promptly address any issues
Keeping up to date with best practices and helping to implement improvements

Requirements

Knowledge of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols
5+ years of experience in hygiene management within a food manufacturing environment
Experience managing large teams with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
