Hourly Pay: £15.28 per hour (£13.67 per hour + £1.61 shift premium)

Annual Salary: £31,780.40 per annum (£28,433.60 p/a + £3,348.80 shift premium)

Job description:

One of the UK’s leading food manufacturers, based in Hereford, is looking for Hygiene Operatives to join their team.

No experience is necessary, full training is provided on commencement of the assignment.

About the role:

In the Hygiene section you will play an instrumental part in achieving the required hygiene standards with the Hygiene team, working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas. You will be required to adhere to health and safety and follow all tasks in line with food safety rules.

Duties Include:

* Manual handling and operation of plant and equipment

* Cleaning down plant and machinery

* Use of hand and power tools

* Following Health & Safety requirements

* To carry out instructions as given to you by your Team Leader/Management

What you need to be successful:

* Good Level of English and basic numeracy skills

* The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively

* Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks

Experience within a production/ manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

Hygiene Sector Pay:

£13.67ph base pay, - £15.28ph with shift premium

£28,433 – £31,780 p/annum

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week

Shift patterns available for the Hygiene Sector:

21:00 - 05:00 Mon-Thurs / 17:00 - 01:00 Fri
