Job Description - Hygiene Supervisor

Hygiene Supervisor – Late Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Hygiene Supervisor to oversee and maintain the cleanliness of our food manufacturing and storage facility, located just outside Maidstone.

As part of the PM shift, you will lead a small team, ensuring that all production areas—including machinery—are cleaned to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out hands-on hygiene tasks.
Supervise and support your team in following hygiene procedures and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Improve and refine hygiene processes.
Develop cleaning schedules and staff rotas.
Train and mentor the team to uphold exceptional hygiene standards.
Oversee quality control within the department.
Maintain accurate records.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in food production is preferred.
Proven leadership experience as a team leader or supervisor.
Ability to manage schedules, processes, and people effectively.

Shift Details:

Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM.
Salary: £14.50 per hour.
Contract: Permanent.

Important: Due to the factory’s location, you must have your own transport.
