Job Description - IBA Accounts Assistant

Amazing opportunity for an insurance accounts assistant to join a small, well established growing broker based in London. They offer hybrid working, 3 days office based and 2 days working from home, career development and growth.

Responsibility of IBA Accounts Assistant role:-

  • Processing debit notes/credit notes from thr broker system and sending them to clients/Brokers.
  • Producing written and paid bdx
  • Sending statements to our clients.
  • Xchanging experience dealing with incoming queries and submitting/checking LPANS before submitting in Xchanging.
  • Sending out closings.

uirements of the IBA Accounts Assistant Role:-

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with an insurance broker
  • Knowledge of X/Changing IMR
  • First rate Excel skills
  • Excellent inter personal skills
