IBA Technician Essex

HFG are currently parting with a Southend based Insurance Broker in search of their next IBA Technician. This role will be to support the IBA Team and assist the Senior IBA Technician with various IBA reconciliations and the collection of premiums from customers, including but not limited to, premium reconciliation, monthly insurer statement, and various brand and insurer reports.

Main responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of the calculating and issuing monthly numbers on the IDOL travel scheme.
• Providing monthly reconciliations on the premiums.
• To learn and be able to cover the Senior IBA Technician with regards to all Month End tasks.
• Daily downloads for SagePay & Pay360.
• Broker Commission Processes
• Payments to brands & insurers.
• Involvement in internal Project Meetings
• Various Internal/External Reporting
• Month End Reporting
