ICT Technician

Aspire People is collaborating with an outstanding secondary school in Manchester that is looking to hire an ICT Technician.

Responsibilities include:

* Provide support to all ICT users in school by responding promptly to Helpdesk queries and assisting with network, internet, and software issues.
* Set up, maintain, and test ICT and audio-visual equipment, including workstations, printers, and software installations.
* Monitor and maintain the school's network, servers, backups, security, and email systems in coordination with the ICT Manager.
* Identify and resolve hardware and software faults, maintain accurate records of technology assets, and ensure compliance with licensing and health & safety policies.

Requirements:
* Previous school experience
* DBS enhanced check or be willing to obtain one
