The Role:

You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective ICT support throughout the school, ensuring staff and students benefit from a seamless digital learning experience. Your work will directly impact teaching, learning, and operational efficiency.

You Will:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support across the school’s ICT systems and infrastructure
• Maintain and monitor hardware, software, and networks
• Troubleshoot system issues and support day-to-day operations
• Contribute to future planning and ICT strategy in collaboration with leadership
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and up to date

Key Details:

• Hours: 36 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 08:30-16:30)
• Weeks: All year round (52.14 weeks)
• Salary: Grade 4, SCP 7-10 (Outer London)
