Title: Identity and Access Coordinator

The Role
You and your Team
You’ll join the Identity &Access Management (IAM) team within Technology Operations, reporting to the Identity &Access Manager. While you won’t have direct reports, this is a highly visible, influential role that works across the business.
You’ll act as a trusted bridge between business users, application owners, Information Security and IAM specialists—helping colleagues understand their responsibilities for access governance, while ensuring controls remain robust, proportionate and compliant.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people as much as systems, translating technical access principles into practical, business-friendly outcomes, and contributing to wider projects and service improvements across IAM
As an Identity and Access Coordinator, you will:

What We’re Looking For
Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD, Office 365, IAM tooling, PowerShell automation, or cloud environments will help you hit the ground running — but just as important is your ability to build trust, influence without authority and collaborate across teams.
