Job Title: Independent Financial Adviser

Location: Manchester 1-2 days WFH

Salary: Self-employed but open to employed positions - salary negotiable based on experience with potential shares in the business

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm

About the position of Independent Financial Adviser:

We're looking for an experienced, ambitious Independent Financial Adviser to join a growing firm based in Salford. With £3 million currently under management on the wealth side and a portfolio coming up for review shortly, this is a pivotal moment - and we need someone capable of managing that review process and helping shape the next stage of growth.

Responsibilities required for the role of Independent Financial Adviser:

• Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.
• Lead the upcoming portfolio review and manage this process to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Help grow the firm's client base through new business and relationship development.
• Collaborate closely with the support team to ensure high standards of service and compliance.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and efficiency of the firm's operations and client processes.

Experience required for the role of Independent Financial Adviser:

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum) with current CAS status.
• A proven background in financial advice with a solid understanding of compliance and FCA standards.
• Strong relationship builder, confident in growing and maintaining client trust.
• Ideally 3+ years' experience in financial services or financial planning.
• A self-starter who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience within a network or directly authorised environment preferred.
