Job Description - IFA Administrator

Our client is one of the leading UK independent financial planning firms, who have a national presence and provide exceptional advice to their clients. Due to company growth, they are now looking for likeminded individuals to join their IFA Administration team.

If you are a detailed-orientated professional with a passion for financial planning and client service, we’d love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

Provide administrative support to the Paraplanning & Advice team with duties such as preparing client packs, processing new business, and arranging meetings
First point of contact for client queries and resolutions of any issues
Onboarding new clients to the company and following new account opening processes
Staying up to date with FCA requirements and Compliance Policies

What you need to apply:

Proficient experience with administration in a wealth management environment
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and back-office systems such as Intelligent Office
2+ years industry experience within the wealth management sector or financial services
Working towards industry relevant qualifications such as DipPFS
