Are you passionate about helping clients achieve their financial dreams? We’re looking for a dedicated Financial Planning Administrator to support our client’s mission of guiding clients towards the lives they want now and through retirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare essential documents for client meetings
• Ensure every client interaction is positive and client-first
• Manage client information and transactions efficiently
• Keep client records accurate and up to date
• Support compliance and operations with precise data management

What We Need:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar wealth management environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent IO and Excel skills
• Strong under pressure and a great team player
• Excellent communicator with broad financial services knowledge
