Must Have’s

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Previous financial services experience (or actively working toward it)
• Solid administrative experience
• Experience using Iress Xplan or a similar financial planning system

Nice to have’s

• Strong background in financial planning and report writing
• Familiarity with suitability reports and compliance processes
• Experience working alongside Financial Advisers or in a regulated environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

What will you be doing?

• Preparing and maintaining accurate client records
• Drafting suitability letters and reports in line with company policy
• Gathering information from clients and providers
• Importing client data using Iress Xplan
• Pre-completing documentation for adviser/client review
• Supporting advisers in delivering excellent client outcomes
• Assisting with tasks such as income matching and meeting scheduling
