IFA Administrator

As the administrator you will work with your team to provide a efficient administrative support function to paraplanners, advisers and the practices clients.

Salary of upto 34k + excellent benefit, pension, exam support, onsite parking, genuine career progression.

Ideal candidates will have worked within a IFA practice set up, supporting advisers and therefore have a solid understanding of financial services. It would be advantageous if you have worked with IO and on platforms such as transact and standard life.

Duties such as…

• Sending Letters of Authority
• Obtaining applications, illustrations etc
• Ensure all required information needed to complete application forms and illustrations has been obtained.
• Check, maintain and implement Bed & ISA process.
• Process New Business
• Research for Suitability Reports
• Prepare information/comparisons for analysis by Financial Planner.
• Obtain information necessary to compile client recommendations
• Completing rebalances and cost implications for clients as directed by the financial Planner
• Carrying out technical calculations as directed by the financial Planner
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing a friendly and professional point of contact, answering technical queries
