Recruit UK are currently working with a thriving wealth management firm in Derby, who are looking to bring on an new IFA Administrator. They focus on longevity with their clients and are a very client centric company, with their clients being at the forefront of what they do.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing and administering complex client assets and new financial advice
• Owning client data - ensuring it's accurate, up-to-date, and well maintained
• Supporting client meetings - prep, coordination, and follow-up
• Handling onboarding for new clients and servicing existing relationships
• Communicating regularly with clients across various channels
• Identifying process improvements and helping implement change
• Mentoring and sharing knowledge with junior team members
