IFA Administrator / Client Manager

£30,000 DOE

The Client Manager plays a critical role in supporting financial advisers and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be the central point of contact for clients and be responsible for ensuring a seamless, compliant, and high-quality client experience. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from preparing reports and managing files to supporting the implementation of financial recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries professionally and efficiently
Support advisers with non-client-facing tasks related to financial recommendations and service delivery
Prepare and maintain accurate and compliant client files and documentation
Liaise with financial providers, clients, and advisers to ensure smooth processing of applications and recommendations
Assist in the preparation of client reviews, including investment analysis, tax assessments, and service reports
Conduct research and draft preliminary suitability reports and recommendation documents
Ensure all records are maintained in line with data protection policies and FCA regulations
Attend client meetings as required and provide follow-up support

Desireables:

Proven experience in a client support or paraplanning role within a financial advisory or wealth management setting
Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and financial services compliance
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
A proactive and client-focused attitude
Relevant financial services qualifications (desirable but not essential)
