Job Title: IFA Administrator
Location: Shrewsbury (Fully Office-Based)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

About the Role:
We are looking for a professional and detail-focused IFA Administrator to join our established financial services team in Shrewsbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in an IFA environment who is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and professional office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality administrative support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs)
Process new business applications and ongoing client servicing requirements
Liaise with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure smooth and timely processing of work
Prepare documentation and reports for client meetings and annual reviews
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations
Support the financial planning process, ensuring all files are audit-ready

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role is highly desirable
Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good knowledge of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally CRM/financial software systems
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Interest in or progress toward professional qualifications (e.g., CII)
