IFA Administrator

Idex Consulting is working with a leading national IFA firm in Edinburgh who are looking to recruit an Client Support Administrator.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare paperwork for planning meetings (agendas, valuations, performance reports, trust forms, etc.)
• Liaise with providers to obtain client product details and prepare illustrations
• Submit and monitor new business
• Process existing client transactions (withdrawals, top-ups, bed & ISAs)
• Manage fund switches, proposition changes and rebalances
• Maintain accurate client records across platforms (iO, Papercloud, Moneyinfo, Truth)

Experience

• Financial services experience with FCA regulation knowledge
• Proficiency in iO and Excel
