Overview
A highly regarded financial planning firm is seeking an organised and client-focused IFA Administrator to join its growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy environment and plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice.
This is more than a processing role, your work will directly contribute to a smooth, positive client experience. You'll be a crucial connection between advisers, paraplanners, clients, and providers, helping ensure each stage of the advice journey is handled with care and precision.
The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you'll be responsible for keeping cases moving efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and managing essential tasks across investments, pensions, and protection. You will often be the first point of contact for client queries, making professionalism and excellent communication essential.
This is a hands-on position where your contribution will make a visible impact across the team. You'll provide the administrative backbone that supports advisers and ensures that clients receive timely, accurate, and well-presented information.

Key Responsibilities
Managing client and provider queries with professionalism and urgency
Maintaining and updating client records, valuations, and documentation
Processing fund switches, transfers, withdrawals, and provider instructions
Assisting with the implementation of investment, pension, and financial planning recommendations
Preparing client review packs, correspondence, and suitability documents
Ensuring back-office systems remain accurate, compliant, and well organised
Coordinating effectively with advisers, paraplanners, and external providers

What You'll Bring
Minimum of 1 years experience in an IFA or financial services administration role
Understanding of investment and pension processes
Competence using industry systems (e.g., back-office platforms, provider portals) and Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An organised, structured mindset with a commitment to client service
