IFA Administrator - Central London (Hybrid) - Up to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

Our client, a well-respected Chartered IFA firm based in the heart of London, is looking for a driven and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their collaborative team. This medium-sized firm has built its reputation on trust, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting both clients and staff alike.

The Role: In this dynamic and varied role, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the onboarding of new business and managing the end-to-end client administration process
• Preparing tailored client meeting packs for Financial Planners
• Liaising with third-party providers and handling Letters of Authority (LOAs)
• Using FE Analytics to produce client illustrations, valuations, and reports
• Efficiently responding to client queries with care and accuracy
• Maintaining data and records within Intelligent Office and other internal systems

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in an IFA Administrator role within a financial planning or wealth management firm
• Confidence using Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, and other financial planning tools
• A detail-driven and client-centric approach to your work
• Strong communication and organisational skills
