I’m working with a well-established Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm based in Harrogate, currently seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and monitoring new business applications

• Carrying out a wide range of financial admin tasks to support client servicing

• Obtaining quotes and dealing with product providers

• Liaising with providers and maintaining accurate client records

• Frequent client contact by phone and email

• Providing essential support to Advisers and Paraplanners

• Working independently while also contributing positively to the team

• Utilising financial planning systems - experience with Xplan is advantageous

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial admin within a financial planning or IFA setting

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Strong initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail

• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems

• Experience with Xplan software is beneficial

• A solid understanding of financial admin processes and client documentation

• Willingness to contribute to the firm’s ongoing financial admin excellence

What’s on Offer

• Salary: £32,000 - £36,000, depending on experience
