?? £32,000 - £35,000

We're on the lookout for an experienced IFA Administrator who's organised, detail-driven, and ready to dive into a busy, supportive team of Administrators, Paraplanners, Advisers, and Directors. If you're passionate about financial planning and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes - we'd love to meet you!

?? What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into:

• Processing new business across a variety of financial products
• Submitting trades and fund switches (on and off-platform)
• Requesting illustrations and product info
• Pulling together client valuations and preparing review packs
• Being a go-to contact for clients and advisers - keeping everything on track
• Liaising with providers and chasing up what's needed
• Handling Letters of Authority
• Keeping client records accurate and up to date

?? Who We're Looking For:

Must-haves:

• 5+ years' experience in an IFA or financial planning admin role
• Confident with provider platforms
• Solid experience using XPlan (or similar system)
• Sharp attention to detail, super organised, and great under pressure
• A team player who can also manage their own workload with ease

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with CashCalc or FE Analytics
• A genuine interest in the world of financial planning
• A positive, proactive attitude!
