The team is dedicated to providing high-quality service to clients and is currently seeking a Part-Time IFA Administrator to join their dynamic and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the IFA team and Paraplanners

• Assist in managing client documentation and correspondence

• Ensure efficient record-keeping and data management

• Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes

• Liaise with clients and external stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services sector

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Knowledge of IFA and mortgage operations is advantageous
