Job Description - IFA Administrator - Solihull

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering excellent client service? We’re working with a well-established financial planning firm that is looking for a reliable IFA Administrator to support their Advisers and help deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers across all aspects of the client journey
Manage client communications with a professional and friendly approach
Maintain accurate records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to support the smooth running of the business
Collaborate with the wider team to enhance client experience and overall efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in an IFA or financial services admin role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
