IFA Administrator - Wealth Management - Client-Facing - £35,000 + Bonus - Stansted Mountfitchet

Are you an experienced IFA Administrator with a background in wealth management and a passion for delivering outstanding client service?

We’re working with a well-regarded, growing financial planning practice in Stansted Mountfitchet, looking to appoint a professional and detail-focused Financial Adviser’s Administrator to support both clients and advisers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to deepen their career in the wealth management industry, with future development opportunities available.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a first point of contact for client queries—by phone, email, and occasionally in person.
• Support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in preparing and processing applications and documentation for pensions, investments, and protection products.
• Maintain accurate client records, ensure compliance and document submission in line with FCA guidelines.
• Liaise with providers and clients to manage progress of cases and ensure a seamless client journey.
• Contribute to the high standards of professionalism and service excellence the firm is known for.

?? Role Details:

• Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.
• Location: Stansted Mountfitchet - office-based with some flexibility after onboarding.
• Working hours: Full-time, permanent.

? What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience working in an IFA firm, wealth management, or financial planning practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—client-facing experience is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational ability, and familiarity with financial services administration.
• Experience supporting Financial Advisers or Paraplanners with new business processing and client records.
• Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is welcomed, but not essential—full study support is available.
