Job Description - IFA Adminstrator

Job Description:

Recruit UK are currently working with a local Financial Services Firm in Guildford, that need an experienced IFA Administrator.


The requirements are as follows:

  • Experienced is a must, preferably 1+ years experience.
  • Use of IO/platform Transact - ideally experience using the task flow system would be desirable, but can be flexible on this
  • Open to career admin or someone looking for progression if ambitious, not rushing, not within the first year, working evidence of progression within the firm
  • Close knit team, small company, needs to fit in with team
  • Support team has a pool system, work with all advisers, comfortable in small team
  • Support team is 3 currently, need a 4th, one works 1-2-1 with highest biller
  • 5 advisers in Guildford, ARs within the groups - provide all support services
  • Clients are serviced by admins alphabetically, split A-G, H-O, P-Z
  • Other admins outside of IFA side of business, doing general business admin (2 of these)
  • IFA Admin role only, advisers do report writing

Benefits:

  • Salary £25k - £35k
  • 5 days in office, flexible starts for occasional life events, 9am - 5pm
  • 25 days holiday, 3 days Christmas closure
