Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and differentiated mathematics lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.


• Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to support student achievement.


• Prepare students effectively for examinations.


• Contribute to the development and implementation of the mathematics curriculum.


• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.


• Establish positive relationships with students and colleagues.

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong academic background in mathematics.


• Proven experience teaching mathematics in a secondary school setting.


• Excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.


• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to inspire and motivate students.


• Commitment to professional development.
