You will be joining an organisation with a fun, entrepreneurial and supportive environment, providing fulfilling work and an open, informal culture.The role:As our first dedicated Impact Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, measuring, and crafting impactful learner and client success stories for Corndel’s Business Development team to spotlight. Your role will directly be contributing to our company purpose, “we maximise professional potential through transformational learning, that delivers measurable impact.”Responsibilities include: Create compelling and quantifiable impact case studies and stories to be used by the Business Development team to support selling the value of our apprenticeships and training programmesAnalyse data on client and learner satisfaction, loyalty and value to identify key clients to target for impact quantification, collaborating with Business Development and Delivery teamsLead client-work to analyse and quantify learning impact on business results such as: programme Return on Investment (ROI), client business impact and learner impactDistil quantitative and qualitative insights form learners, learner’s Managers, and client leads to craft compelling impact case studiesDesign and implement systematic impact measurement frameworksWork with select clients to align training objectives with quantifiable business (client) goals and agree impact measures and data collection approachesCollaborate with existing Excellence and Learner Experience team to identify opportunities to constantly improve our existing impact measurements (e.g. net promoter score, feedback surveys, achievement rates etc.)Shape future impact measurement initiatives aligned to our broader social impact focusChampion the impact initiative across the organisation and bring stakeholders along the change journey towards implementing data-led impact measurementHelp drive organisation-wide behaviour change towards more data-driven measurement of the effectiveness and impact of our training programmes by raising awareness and relevance of the topic to other cross functional teamsCollect internal feedback and scan the market to iterate/improve Corndel’s impact approachDrive internal alignment for changes and implement new data or process initiativesAbout You:You’re an enthusiastic self-starter – keen to help transform the way organisations develop their peopleYou value inclusivity, being supportive and respectful of othersYou are open to change and take a collaborative approach to challengesYou strive for excellence and have high expectations of yourself and othersYou operate with integrity, trust and professionalism and empower others to do soExperience and Skills:Essential:Strong analytical skills with ability to independently collect and distil data into impact insightsClient-facing skills, comfortable leading data initiatives to identify, collect and measure client and learner impactData story telling skills, to distil quantitative and qualitative inputs and produce high-quality, publishable impact case studies with support from Marketing teamIndependent self-starter, not shy to collaborate with clients and cross-functionallyProject leadership skills to implement new evaluation and measurement processesDesirable:Prior experience using the Kirkpatrick Model or another systematic method for evaluating effectiveness of training/learning programmesPassionate about the transformative power of education/trainingPrior experience or strength in crafting data-driven impact success storiesPrior experience in client-facing roleBias for challenging the status quoWhy join Corndel?We're committed to having a fully inclusive, welcoming, and safe culture and always striving to improve.We provide an environment that is truly flexible and supportive, somewhere you will have autonomy over your role.We're a leader in our field, with quality and excellence at the heart of what we do.We are driven by our purpose and believe our high-quality programmes make a positive impact on our learners, our clients and our society.As part of our commitment to create an inclusive workplace where all colleagues can be their true selves, excel in their roles and progress in their careers, we recognise the importance of embracing the diversity in the working population and making Corndel a fully accessible employer.
