Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant at FE fundinfo, you’ll be at the forefront of client-facing projects, working with innovative software and contributing to the development of industry-leading solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your expertise in financial services and asset management, work closely with colleagues across departments, and play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in project management, data analysis, and consulting, while building long-term relationships with clients and supporting their success.

Your key responsibilities as an Implementation Consultant will include:

• Taking the lead on a wide range of project and programme management tasks, ensuring delivery to schedule and quality standards.
• Providing regular updates to the Head of Implementation and collaborating with a graduate implementation associate to complete project tasks.
• Training and upskilling new graduate implementation associates on the Fundipedia product and implementation processes.
• Analysing large data sets with accuracy and documenting clear, articulate business analysis to advise clients on best practices.
• Assisting in system demos and training sessions with clients, building positive, open, long-term relationships.
• To adhere to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Implementation Consultant: 

• You must have 1-2 years' experience working with software in a client-facing role.
• You will have proven experience delivering projects to clients in a timely manner.
• You should be able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and project processes.
• You must have a keen interest in data management, financial services, and asset management.
• You will demonstrate strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
