We are partnered with a market leading company which offers a leading financial software solution to millions of customers across the UK. Having recently undergone a major digital transformation, the business has been steadily growing at a healthy rate and to support this growth, are now looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their friendly and close-knit team.
This is a hybrid role where you’ll be expected to work in the office in Altrincham 1 day a week with the rest from home. The company prides itself on an inclusive culture and supportive environment.
Sitting within the Consultancy team, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in supporting existing customers, onboarding and integrating new customers and deliver payroll software solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, configure our solutions to meet their requirements, and provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, payroll knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
They are looking for a technically-minded individual with strong skills in SQL and previous experience with payroll or other financial software. This is a customer-facing role, so excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, plus a desire to ‘go the extra mile’ for others.
