We are currently partnering with an IT vendor who is looking to double their headcounts in the next 2 years and currently looking for implementation consultants that can do configurations and do end-to-end delivery of student management system. If you are someone with strong understanding of the full student lifecycle and have worked in consultancy before, I'd love to hear from you. Essential Skills:

Strong understanding of the student lifecycle and experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects to Universities in the UK or internationally
Experience as an implementation consultant delivering on ERP solutions (local government, higher education, charities, housing, etc)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-centric, you’re a customer advocate and know what it takes to deliver a compelling customer experience

As an implementation consultant, your main role will be to provide hands-on end-to-end implementation across various projects, delivering a compelling customer experience by achieving consulting implementation excellence. You are also expected to support through the project lifecycle, including design verification, reconfiguration, testing, support through delivery and go-live. This is a great opportunity to provide technical, business, consulting, and product expertise to customers and advise on comprehensive solutions they can deliver to the market.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse customer requirements and manage customer expectations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about current trends and new technologies, driving innovation and developing ideas for discussion and implementation.
Establish and maintain senior-level engagement with key customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional consulting services with existing customers.
Collaborate with the New Projects team to provide input into the configuration and management of product and solution implementations.
Contribute to revenue generation through utilisation and identification of further product and service opportunities.
Proactively communicate any issues that may/will impact delivery on customer expectations.
