Payroll Implementation Lead (iTrent experience essential) | 12 Month FTC to Perm | Hybrid - Birmingham | Circa £50k pa.

We have recently picked up a critical Payroll Implementation Lead role at one of our super dynamic renewable energy clients. They need an influential go-getter to come in and improve their current payroll system iTrent, looking to make efficiencies and set them up for future improvements.

The ideal candidate will have essential experience with iTrent, understanding what good looks like and how it can be used to improve payroll processes. They need someone with excellent people skills to support a BAU team under pressure, someone that wants to be seen as a payroll change project SME.

Responsibilities:
Assess current iTrent structure and start to identify improvements & efficiencies
Work closely with the payroll team to support on change
Get the system ready for testing and deployment
Build strong relationships across the business to successfully support on payroll projects

About you:
iTrent experience is essential, along with a strong payroll background
An understanding of project management and the requirements within
Experience of BAU operational payroll processes
Strong interpersonal skills to build a positive environment

Logistics:
Circa £50k pa. on an initial 12 month fixed term contract, with a strong potential to turn permanent
A flexible hybrid working policy, 1-2 days/week in the office in Birmingham
