A well-established international freight forwarder is seeking an experienced Import & Export Operations Coordinator to join their team in Bagshot. This role offers long-term stability, a supportive environment, and opportunities for progression within a reputable and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle import and export shipments across air, sea, and road

• Prepare and process all relevant documentation, including customs entries

• Liaise with clients, agents, carriers, and internal departments

• Track shipments and provide timely updates

• Ensure compliance with HMRC and company procedures

• Use systems such as Cargowise, CNS, Destin8, and CDS

Requirements:

• Experience in freight forwarding import and export operations

• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs processes

• Proficient with logistics systems and good communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
