You'll handle the import of goods by air, making sure everything meets regulations and arrives on time. You'll work with clients, customs, and the team to coordinate shipments from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
Clearance:

Get shipments cleared through CDS whilst complying with customs regulations.
Docs:

Review and prepare import paperwork.
Tracking:

Monitor shipments and update everyone involved.
Communication:

Maintaining an open line of communication with clients & suppliers throughout the shipment.
Fix Issues:

rectify shipment problems and delays whilst providing an outstanding customer service.
Data:

Keep accurate records of shipments.
Help Clients:

Answer client questions and keep them updated.
Teamwork:

Work with our team and partners for smooth operations.
