We're looking for an experienced Import Coordinator - Sea Freight to manage ocean import shipments end-to-end, delivering exceptional service while working with international partners and a diverse customer base.

The Role

Manage FCL and LCL ocean imports from origin through to final delivery.
Coordinate overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers and customers.
Arrange customs clearance, documentation and deliveries.
Track shipments, resolve operational challenges and keep customers informed.
Handle supplier invoices, customer billing and compliance requirements.✅ What You'll Bring

At least 3 years' ocean import experience within freight forwarding.
Strong knowledge of import documentation, customs and end-to-end operations.
Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.
