Job Description - IMPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

We are recruiting for a experienced IMPORT customer service clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing freight company and progress in the freight forwarding industry!

Daily Duties will include:

Arranging shipment and monitoring though to delivery
Quotes
Input of data
Managing Joint mailbox
Booking in deliveries
Liaising with oversea agents
Keeping customers updated on shipments
Looking after several accounts being the first point of contact

Must be proficient working with Microsoft office products and confident with strong customer service skills

Working Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30pm
