Are you an experienced "Import Export Manager" Sea or Multi Modal, looking to join a dynamic and multicultural logistics team? We’re recruiting for an Import Export Manager with strong expertise in sea freight and ideally some exposure to road freight operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle import and export operations, with a focus on sea freight

• Coordinate international shipments, working closely with carriers, hauliers, and global partners

• Oversee documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs clearance

• Ensure compliance with HMRC, Incoterms, and international trade regulations

• Support road freight imports/exports where needed

• Maintain strong client communication throughout the shipment lifecycle

• Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline operations and reduce costs

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in sea freight import/export

• Exposure to road freight logistics is a strong advantage

• Strong understanding of customs regulations and freight documentation

• Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware

• Excellent communicator who thrives in a multicultural, team-oriented environment

• Confident using freight systems and Microsoft Office
