We’re recruiting for an Import/Export Coordinator to play a critical role – keeping international shipments moving, ensuring compliance and making a real impact across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing export and import processes
Advising on trade regulations, shipping conditions and customer requirements
Producing accurate export documentation, including commercial invoices and packing specifications
Coordinating shipments to ensure timely dispatch and collection
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to avoid delays
Keep up to date with changing regulations and updating processes accordingly

What we’re looking for:

Previous import/export experience or related to logistics
Experience with SAP is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills
Able to multitask and manage own workload
