Manage import and export processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Prepare and review shipping documentation, such as invoices and customs declarations.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor shipments and resolve any issues or delays that arise during transit.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfilment and stock management.
Maintain accurate records of all import and export activities.
Stay updated on changes to import/export regulations and advise the business accordingly.
