In this role you will be working within a close knit team to expedite import shipments via sea, air and road freight. You will liaise with overseas agents, brokers, and carriers to prepare import declarations and monitor shipments to advise on delays or logistics issues.

The Role:

• Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, brokers and internal departments
• Coordinate and process import shipments
• Prepare documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists
• Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems and customs software
• Monitor shipment statuses and update clients proactively on delays or issues
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service

The Person:

• Experience in import declarations
• Understanding of international shipping documents and customs procedures
