In this role you will be organising freight deliveries, ensuring invoices align with the correct figures, monitoring invoices and monitoring the whole process from end to end.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or co-ordination roles. The ideal candidate will be organised, with a keen eye for detail. You will be working across departments, so good communication and telephone manner will also be crucial.

The Role

• Prepare and maintain documents, liaise with customers track containers and schedules
• Arrange transport, monitor stock movements and collect documents
• Monitor stock ledgers and provide updates to management and directors

The Person

• Experience in logistics or transport
• Attention to detail and communication skills
• Knowledge of transport and good geographical knowledge
