Imports Coordinator

The Role

Play a key role in supporting the import process for products entering the UK and EU.
Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders and storage facilities.
Ensure shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time.Key Responsibilities

Updating and maintaining purchase and sales order information
Managing order statuses and tracking shipment dates
Checking import documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met
Processing customs, duty and clearance documentation
Coordinating deliveries and issuing instructions to storage facilities
Monitoring stock receipts and resolving discrepancies
Liaising with suppliers, forwarding agents and logistics partners
Completing stock reconciliations and maintaining accurate recordsAbout You

Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and prioritisation skills
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
Proactive approach and ability to see tasks through to completionWhat's on Offer?

£27,000 salary
Monday to Friday working pattern
