In House Commercial Solicitor, Newcastle

Opening for a talented and ambitious commercial contracts solicitor. You will become part of a small busy in house team who cover a variety of commercial contracts.

You will be overseeing agreements and assisting in the implementation of key projects.  Also advising on general commercial matters including supplier contracts, terms and conditions, data protection  and providing general commercial advice. You must demonstrate commercial acumen and confidence to draft and advise on commercial contracts and clauses.

A key part of the role will be governance and company secretarial support.

As part of the in house team you will report to the wider business on legal issues affecting their sector. 

This role is open to qualified solicitors who are over 2 years pqe.
