Inbound Call Handler

Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for an Inbound Call Handler for our Nationally recognised client in Swindon, SN3.

9am – 5pm
£12.71 per hour
Monday – Friday, occasional weekend cover
Ongoing Temporary position, with potential to become long termAbout the Inbound Call Handler Job

Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries
Provide excellent customer service while understanding the reason for the call and passing to the appropriate team
Taking clear messages and passing to relevant colleaguesAs an Inbound Call Handler, you will need the following skills and/or experience:

Previous customer service experience within a call centre environment
Excellent communication, customer service skills and telephone manner
